LNG Japan has contributed to the stable supply of LNG to Japan and other countries across Asia, with LNG projects in Indonesia and Qatar at the core of its business. Our activities span a broad range of the LNG supply chain, from upstream gas field development and liquefaction to LNG shipping, marketing, sales, and the execution of LNG sales and purchase agreements. In recent years, we have also expanded and diversified both our business portfolio and geographic reach through participation in gas field development projects in Australia and domestic gas supply businesses in Indonesia.

The energy landscape has changed significantly in recent years. We face the important challenge of ensuring a stable energy supply while also contributing to the realization of a lower-carbon society. In this context, we believe that LNG and natural gas will continue to play a vital role as practical and important transition fuels. Building on our longstanding mission of securing gas resources and developing LNG supply chains, we will continue to meet evolving societal needs by providing high-quality LNG and natural gas that coexist harmoniously with other energy sources.
