Buyer's Coordinator and Agent

For all the LNG sales contracts that we facilitated between Indonesia and Japan, we continue to commit and to contribute to the contract as buyers' coordinator and as buyers' agent. 　As buyers' coordinator, we coordinate any issues arising between seller and buyers. As buyers' agent, we also assist buyers in rendering services related to remittance, import declaration and customs procedures. 　Our buyers' coordinator and agent function covers all of our existing Japan-Indonesia LNG sales contracts, namely “1973 LNG Sales Contract”, “1981 Badak LNG Sales Contract”, “Badak IV LNG Sales Contract” and “MCGC Sales Contract” (currently all the LNG cargo deliveries are from Bontang LNG Terminal). 　Also, our affiliate company, Japan Energy Service Corporation (“JESCO”), takes part in some of the buyers' agent activities by providing import/customs related services with specialists who have knowledge and experience in LNG receiving terminals in Japan. 　JESCO also has an affiliate company, JESPRA, which is responsible for witnessing the LNG loadings at Indonesia's Bontang LNG Terminal.
